Chapter by Klaus Moser, Nathalie Galais, and Anastasia Byler

I worked in conjunction with my German colleagues to publish this chapter on the in's and out's of the psychology behind project management teams. This chapter goes into depth on why diverse teams of experts coming together for a project can often introduce differences in work style that causes delays in the project, and offers recommendations to prevent such occurrences, and to enhance team dynamics to achieve flourishing projects.
